The fastest landing page projects start with a little preparation. Gather these before reaching out, and your first draft will already feel close to final.
Business basics
Your business name, city or service area, and a one-line description of what you offer and who it's for.
Photos and logo
A handful of real photos of your work, team or space — they outperform stock images every time. Include your logo if you have one; if not, that's fine too.
Domain idea and contact details
One or two domain name ideas, plus the email, phone or WhatsApp number you want clients to use to reach you once the page is live.
Scope determines price and timing. Request a quote in USD or CAD for your project. We agree the scope, language, delivery, materials, domain and hosting before payment. Extra languages and synchronized booking are quoted separately.
Prepare a folder your designer can use
Include one consistent business name, public contact details, hours, coverage, services and the person responsible for approvals. Gather original logo files, variants, colours and authorized photographs. Identify missing items and agree who will prepare them.
Check ownership of the domain and accounts. Retain access and share permissions appropriately rather than putting passwords in content documents. Agree scope, outstanding materials, revisions, delivery date and domain and hosting costs in writing before starting.
