Domain and hosting are the only thing bought separately, in your name — around $155 USD$215 CAD$280.000 COP a year. That is the renewal price, what you pay every year; the first one usually costs much less, because hosting comes discounted and the domain is included. Basic SEO means Google can find and read your page; nobody can promise you first place.
